Global IT links with several other agencies across the globe to enable us to gain access to the best people from the largest resource pool to satisfy our clients requirements. This gives you (the Partnering Agency) the opportunity to place people outside your local area in such places as the USA, Australia, and Western Europe.

 

How it all works

 

A “Provider Agreement” will be set in place detailing responsibilities of both parties, with an agreed partner fee. This will be signed by both parties.

You will have one point of contact, who will work with you through the whole process. They will:
Send the Job specification, and any other relevant information (job location, salary, cost of living, etc)
Give feedback immediately on all candidates submitted.
Pre-screen suitable candidates.
Arrange telephone and face to face / video conference interviews between candidate and end-client.
Make offers, where relevant, and start discussing the relocation process with the candidates.

Your responsibility will be to find suitable candidates from your database, or by advertising the position in your home country. If the job is not in your scope you can always wait for the next opportunity to join in.
